Order Queries

I placed an order but I haven't received it yet?

If it has been 10 working days since your order was shipped, please email us at mikajewels.uk@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel, please email us at mikajewels.uk@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

We offer returns or exchanges within 28 days of receiving your order.

The following exceptions apply to our return and refund policy:

- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear and use.

- Returned items must be sent in its original product packaging.

- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Caring for your MIKA Jewels

Can I get my jewellery wet?

All MIKA Jewels jewellery is 18k gold plated, it is tarnish free, perfume safe, waterproof and you can shower in it without it turning your skin green.
